Yovani Gallardo was recently shifted to the bullpen in a long relief role, so Moore will take his turn in the rotation for the time being. The 23-year-old, who compiled a 2.72 ERA and 77:17 K:BB across 14 games (82.2 innings) with Double-A Arkansas and Triple-A Tacoma this season, could solidify a spot for himself in the rotation if he's able to pitch well in his big-league debut.
