Seattle Mariners - Fantasy News
How quickly things can change, as it seemed Moore was ticketed to pitch out of the bullpen the rest of the way prior to Sunday's game, but Ariel Miranda is wearing down and appears to be on the outs. Moore really impressed, throwing six innings of one-run ball in relief of Miranda. "Certainly we'll look at him possibly sliding into the rotation for us in that spot moving forward," manager Scott Servais said following Moore's impressive outing. Moore has a 5.36 ERA in 50.1 innings in the majors after notching a 3.48 ERA in 75 innings at Triple-A this season. Despite this recent impressive outing, Moore's 13.2 percent strikeout rate really caps his upside moving forward. He figures to slot into the rotation this Sunday in Houston, so he will be tested right away.
