Seattle Mariners - Fantasy News
Although he was nowhere near as sharp with his location as he'd been in a complete-game win over the Rays last Monday, Miranda still turned in a second consecutive quality start. However, his control continues to be a problem, as he's now issued multiple free passes in six of his last seven trips to the mound. Miranda has deftly avoided disaster for the most part despite the abundance of baserunners, as his WHIP remains a respectable 1.17 and his ERA a solid and progressively shrinking 3.67. He'll look to keep it going when he takes on the Twins on the road next Thursday.
