Seattle Mariners - Fantasy News
Just recalled from Triple-A Tacoma on Friday, Altavilla looked sharp while getting four relatively quick outs. The 24-year-old has a mixed track record at the major-league level this season, having given up multiple earned runs in six appearances overall but also racking up 40 strikeouts in 36 innings. He's likely to serve as a bullpen option for the balance of the regular season and work multiple innings when called upon.
