Young has been sidelined throughout January with the right ankle sprain, and despite making progress over the weekend by taking part in some individual drills, he's yet to receive clearance for game action. There's a chance Young will be cleared in time for Wednesday's tilt with the Knicks, but even when at full strength, he won't be a mainstay in the rotation.
