He's averaging just 4.8 points, 3.0 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.0 steals across 23.2 minutes per game over the past five outings, so his absence likely won't significantly impact the vast majority of the fantasy landscape. Archie Goodwin and Spencer Dinwiddie figure to see an increased workload in Whitehead's absence.
