Kilpatrick played a major offensive role in the loss, putting up double-digit shot attempts for the third time in the last four contests and draining his most three-pointers of the season. Despite his role on the second unit, Kilpatrick has seen at least 21 minutes in four of the five games coming out of the All-Star break, after not eclipsing the 20-minute mark in five of the previous six contests. The Nets are lacking in scoring options, so expect Kilpatrick to continue to enjoy a high usage rate for the balance of the season, though his wayward accuracy from the field can make his scoring totals somewhat volatile.
