A five-star recruit in the 2016 class, Allen enjoyed a strong freshman season at Texas, averaging 13.4 points, 8.4 rebound and 1.5 blocks per game en route to Third Team All-Big 12 honors. Allen is still developing as an offensive player, but he's an excellent athlete with good touch around the rim. It's unclear how much of a factor he'll be as a rookie, but he's the type of player a team in Brooklyn's position should be rolling the dice on.
