The Detroit Lions were pushed the entire way against the Chicago Bears, but when the dust settled at Soldier Field, they walked out of town with a 27-24 triumph.
We don't talk about kickers often in these fantasy recaps, but Matt Prater was the hero for the Lions. He booted a 52-yard field goal that proved to be the game-winner as a part of his 11 Dober Fantasy Points day.
On the other side of the field, Connor Barth missed what could have been the game-tying field goal for the Bears.
Matt Stafford came up a yard shy from getting his bonus point for amassing 300 yards, but he still beat his Projected Fantasy Points total thanks to his two scores. That said, the only Detroit wide receiver of note who beat his PFP was Marvin Jones Jr.
Chicago had another great rushing game, amassing 222 yards as a team. Both Tarik Cohen and Jordan Howard found the end zone on the ground. Mitchell Trubisky, who ran for 53 yards, beat his PFP as well with 176 passing yards and a touchdown.
