The Cincinnati Bengals kept their hat in the ring in the chase for the playoffs in the AFC by going on the road and beating the Denver Broncos 20-17 in Week 11.
Statistically speaking, this was an ugly day for the Bengals. They only amassed a total of 190 yards against a good Denver defense, but they also logged three touchdowns to make up for the lack of yardage.
Andy Dalton tossed touchdowns to A.J. Green, Alex Erickson and Tyler Kroft for the Bengals.
Denver ran 77 plays and managed just 341 yards of offense. Brock Osweiler had a tough day once again, throwing for 254 yards and a touchdown. Osweiler might have beaten his Projected Fantasy Points total for a third straight game since taking over as Denver's starter, but it's only a matter of time until Vance Joseph turns the ball over to Paxton Lynch to see what he can bring to the table.
Keep an eye on the Denver backfield going forward as well. C.J. Anderson beat his PFP thanks to his rushing touchdown, but the workload between him and Devontae Booker was split basically 50/50. Booker, who had 44 yards on 14 carries and caught five passes for 54 yards, could see more time in the Broncos' backfield if this season gets any more out of hand.
