Ross shook off the groin injury that had sidelined him for three of the past four contests and played 36 of the Bengals' 43 offensive snaps in Sunday's 51-14 loss to the Saints. Though he found paydirt for the third time this season, Ross tallied just two receptions for 39 yards on six targets, which registered as somewhat disappointing volume with top target A.J. Green (toe) sidelined. It's expected that Ross's limitations Wednesday were maintenance-related, so he should have another opportunity to build on his past outing Sunday against the Ravens. Green hasn't been ruled out for the contest, but his status appears highly questionable, at best.
