Ross, who has been limited this season to the five offensive snaps he saw in Week 2, is inching toward a return to action, but in any case, the No. 9 overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft will probably need to turn in a full and productive game before gaining traction in fantasy circles. Down the road though, Ross's blazing speed should result in him developing into a dangerous playmaker in the Bengals' offense. If he suits up Sunday against the Steelers, Ross would likely be in store for a somewhat restricted snap count as he eases back in from a three-game absence.
