Although Colts brass confidently stated that Luck will be ready for Week 1, the lack of discussion about his return to the practice field is cause for concern regarding his training camp and preseason availability. Luck was never expected to participate in Indy's offseason program, as the procedure he had in January -- repairing a torn labrum -- typically requires four-to-six months for recovery. That timeline would seem to put him on track for the start of training camp, and yet the Colts have avoided any discussion of target dates, only saying that they'll be cautious with their franchise quarterback. While it won't come as any surprise if Scott Tolzien is leading the first-string offense at the start of camp, Luck is still expected to be back at full health by Week 1.
