Minnesota Vikings - Fantasy News

A safety as the first score of the game, a fake punt that resulted in a touchdown, a pass that should have been intercepted that instead went as Mitchell Trubisky's first career touchdown pass, a wild two-point conversion that saw the rookie score after a handoff and two pitches, and a Duck, Duck, Goose celebration after a touchdown.

Monday Night Football had just about everything bizarre you could ever hope to see as a football fan.

Unfortunately for most Dober players, the one thing that we didn't see enough of in a Minnesota Vikings 20-17 win over the Chicago Bears was fantasy goodness.

This game marked the return of – and the subsequent benching of – Sam Bradford. Bradford lasted a half of football before getting yanked in favor of Case Keenum. Keenum was the greater quarterback by a wide margin. After going 17-for-21 for 140 yards and a touchdown in the second half and guiding the Vikes to victory, it'll be hard for Mike Zimmer to turn this team back over to Bradford any time soon, particularly because of Bradford’s health.

Trubisky made a few nice plays on Monday night, but by and large, he didn't look ready for this moment. He went just 12-for-25 for 128 yards with an interception, and that touchdown that should have been an interception. The rookie also lost a fumble.

Though the bulk of Chicago's offense came in the form of a 38-yard touchdown pass from punter Pat O'Donnell to Benny Cunningham, there were at least a few bright spots on other side of the field.

With Dalvin Cook out for the rest of the season, Jerick McKinnon split backfield reps with Latavius Murray. McKinnon was easily the better back, leading the team in rushing and receiving while amassing a season-high 23.6 Dober Fantasy Points.

Kyle Rudolph also beat his Projected Fantasy Points total thanks to his third quarter touchdown that prompted the aforementioned fairy-tale celebration.
