Patriots at Bills Fantasy Recap (Week 13, 2017)

The New England Patriots haven't quite clinched the AFC East yet, but they're effectively out of challengers after beating the Buffalo Bills 23-3 in Week 13.

The win wasn't a thing of beauty for the New England offense. Rex Burkhead had a pair of third-quarter rushing touchdowns while Stephen Gostkowski provided the other nine points on the day for the Patriots.

Tom Brady didn't throw a touchdown pass in this one. He's started 247 games in his career, and this is only the 32nd time he didn't toss a touchdown.

But the real story was just how bad the Buffalo offense was. Tyrod Taylor went 9-for-18 for 65 yards with an interception before he was carted off with what will probably end up being a season-ending knee injury. Nathan Peterman came in and was predictably not much better, going 6-for-15 for 50 yards before giving way to Joe Webb.

The Bills have a real problem on their hands right now. They're 6-6 and still in the thick of the playoff race in the AFC. That said, they don't have a quarterback on their roster, and LeSean McCoy can only take the team so far on his own.

McCoy had a respectable day with 93 yards on 15 carries, but just like virtually every other Bill on this day, he failed to beat his Projected Fantasy Points total.
