Chiefs at Jets Fantasy Recap (Week 13, 2017)

The Kansas City Chiefs may as well hope they never have to see MetLife Stadium again.

Just a couple weeks after losing to the woeful Giants, the Chiefs saw their playoff hopes take a huge dent when they were beaten in the same stadium by the New York Jets 38-31 in Week 13.

The loss for Kansas City was its sixth in seven games, but at least Alex Smith should have silenced some of his detractors. He went 19-for-33 for 366 yards with four touchdowns, and he added a whopping 70-yard run in the game. His 38.64 Dober Fantasy Points was easily a season-high.

Both Tyreek Hill and Travis Kelce had a pair of touchdowns. Hill had his best day of the year as well with 34.50 DFP.

The Chiefs finished with 474 yards on just 46 plays.

Unfortunately for the Chiefs, their defense couldn't figure out how to slow down the Jets.

Josh McCown had a pair of rushing touchdowns and hit Matt Forte for a score to annihilate his Projected Fantasy Points total.

For the second straight game, Jermaine Kearse and Robby Anderson both went over 100 yards. Anderson's streak of five straight games with a touchdown came to a close, but he still beat his PFP for the sixth-consecutive game.
