Chiefs at Raiders Fantasy Recap (Week 7, 2017)

The Oakland Raiders got just exactly as many chances as they needed to beat the Kansas City Chiefs to kick off Week 7 of the campaign.

The Raiders had four total attempts at 1st and goal with under 10 seconds left to play in the game, and that doesn't even include the pass down to the 1-yard line that required a 10-second runoff after instant replay to spot the ball properly.

Michael Crabtree was also given multiple chances at the end of the game. His offensive pass interference call with 0:03 on what was seemingly the game-winning touchdown seemed to be the end of a crippling night in Oakland. Yet after two defensive penalties that extended the game, Crabtree was the hero, scoring to tie things up at 30-30.

The final say of the night belonged to Giorgio Tavecchio. Tavecchio had already missed two field goals, his first two misses of the season, yet his extra point sealed the deal with no time left and gave Oakland its third win.

Dober Fantasy Players had a fantastic night at the office.

Amari Cooper had amassed a total of just 14.9 Dober Fantasy Points in his last five games. He almost tripled that in Week 7 alone with 11 catches for 210 yards and two touchdowns. It was the first time all season long that Cooper surpassed his Projected Fantasy Points total. Derek Carr threw for 417 yards and three touchdowns in his best fantasy game of the season as well.

Kareem Hunt had yet another game with over 100 all-purpose yards for the Chiefs, and though he didn't beat his PFP, all five of Alex Smith, Tyreek Hill, Demarcus Robinson, Albert Wilson and Travis Kelce did with ease.
