Adam Schefter reported Tuesday that Jeffery is expected to miss the first two games of the regular season, though the Eagles haven't said anything about a timeline. At the very least, Jeffery's activation off the PUP list means he won't automatically be ruled out for the first six weeks of the season. If he ends up missing games -- a likely proposition -- the Eagles will rely on Zach Ertz, Nelson Agholor and Mike Wallace to handle a heavier volume of targets, with WR Shelton Gibson and TE Dallas Goedert likely getting some extra snaps. Given that he still hasn't practiced with the team since last year's playoffs, Jeffery is highly unlikely to be ready for Thursday's season opener against the Falcons.
