The second-year player is the most complete back on the roster, able to be deployed on any down, unlike LeGarrette Blount and Darren Sproles. Therefore, the West Virginia product should see a much larger share of the workload in 2017. Meanwhile, Blount may get short-yardage and goal-line work, and Sproles could continue in his traditional scatback role. Coach Doug Pederson has said the team's plans for its backs will be different each week, based on the opponent, so it may be quite difficult to count on any of these three on a week-to-week basis.
