Norris' draft stock rose in the second half of the season and then he solidified the climb at the Combine -- he was dominating there. That's nice work for a guy ranked 34th in North America by Central Scouting. Norris isn't a dynamic player on the ice, but his floor is high. He's taking his smart, two-way game to the University of Michigan in September. He'll fill a role in the Sharks' middle-six some day.
