San Jose Sharks - Fantasy News
Carpenter appeared in 11 games with the Sharks last season, tallying four points (two goals, two assists) over that span. The 26-year-old forward spent most of the 2016-17 campaign in the minors, notching 39 points (14 goals, 25 assists) in 54 games with AHL San Jose. The Florida native will likely take on a similar role within the Sharks organization next season, spending most of his time in the AHL while also joining the big club on occasion to round out the team's depth up front.
