It took the Dallas Cowboys nearly two quarters to get going offensively, but when they woke up from their slumber they put four touchdowns on the board over a seven-drive stretch to ultimately beat the Arizona Cardinals 28-17.
It was good to see Ezekiel Elliott finally get a few holes to work through after his pathetic nine carries for eight yards against Denver last week. He started off slow in this one as well, though he finished with a respectable day. Elliott needed a fourth quarter touchdown to beat his Dober Projected Fantasy Points total for Week 3.
Dak Prescott only threw the ball 18 times in front of a Monday Night Football crowd chock-full of Cowboys fans. He beat his PFP with ease thanks to a total of three touchdowns, though it should be noted that the lone receiver with an above-average day was Brice Butler. Butler only hauled in two catches, but he finished with 90 yards and a long touchdown.
Arizona picked up some garbage-time fantasy points when this game was out of hand late in the fourth quarter, but there wasn’t much to write home about. The ground game, without David Johnson for the foreseeable future, amassed a paltry 49 yards on 23 carries.
It was good to see the venerable Larry Fitzgerald put up a huge game with 28.40 Dober Fantasy Points.
